Tri-Valley Air Quality Resource Team

The Tri-Valley Air Quality Resource Team plans to host the Second Annual Great Race for Clean Air in 2006. In 2005, the first Great Race for Clean Air successfully engaged residents from throughout the Bay Area to use four modes of alternative transportation in four weeks. Teams from around the Bay raced to Pleasanton on October 6, 2005 to highlight creative and timely use of the multi-modal transit options that exist around the Bay.

In addition, this team has produced a Commuter Choice Tax Benefits guide to help businesses learn about tax benefits offered to companies that encourage and support the use of alternative transportation.  And the Tri-Valley Transportation Guide assists commuters in the Tri-Valley area with their commute decisions.
