If you operate a PERC solvent Dry Cleaning machine that has to phase out now, you are still eligible to enter into the Compliance and Settlement Agreement (Compliance Schedule) with the District. Please see the above advisory dated 5/4/2010 for details. You can continue to apply throughout July 2010.
