Below are graphs illustrating the total monitored Methane (CH4), Non-Methane Hydrocarbon (NMHC), and Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) flaring emissions and Vent Gas Flow from the 5 Bay Area refineries from 2004 through 2009 as required by the District's Flare Monitoring Regulation 12, Rule 11.  Also presented is the number of flaring events reported as required by Regulation 12, Rule 12.
