Executive Committee

It is the function of the Executive Committee to consider such matters of policy affecting the affairs of the District as may arise from time to time when the Board of Directors is not in session.

The Executive Committee shall consult with the officers of the District and, within the scope and limitations of resolution or other policies adopted by the Board of Directors, shall implement and make more specific the policies and programs of the District and, within such limits determine policies for the officers of the District.

The Executive Committee also recommends to the Board of Directors selection of qualified persons to serve on the District's Advisory Council whenever vacancies may occur.
