Carl Moyer Memorial Air Quality Standards Attainment Program

The Carl Moyer Memorial Air Quality Standards Attainment Program (Carl Moyer Program) is a voluntary program that offers grants to owners of heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. The program is a partnership between the California Air Resources Board (ARB) and the local air districts throughout the state.

Funding Will Be Available in May 2011

The purpose of the program is to reduce air pollution emissions from heavy-duty engines.
