第五章適用標準——主要設施
- 主要設施：排放的污染物可能等於或高於下列一項或多項主要污染源閾值的設施：
- 每年 100 噸法定空氣污染物（NOx、SO2、Pb、VOC、CO 或 PM10）；
- 每年 10 噸有害空氣污染物 (HAP)。（HAP 的初始列表在 CAA 第 112(b) 中，環保局有權修訂列表，並接受有關當前列表的諮詢。）；或
- 每年 25 噸任何 HAP 組合。
