The Air District hosted Meeting #1 of the Refinery Technical Working Group on June 25, 2025. The recording and materials from the meeting are available in the "Meetings, Workshops, and Events" table at the bottom of this webapge.

To support ongoing and upcoming rule development on regulations affecting refinery sources, the Air District initiated the Refinery Technical Working Group (TWG). The TWG is composed of Air District staff, refinery representatives, community members, local government staff, advocacy group representatives, and other members to gather information and opinions from stakeholders on a variety of topics related to refinery rulemaking.

The Air District will be hosting future Refinery Technical Working Group meetings. Members of the public may attend the TWG meetings virtually in listen-only mode via Zoom. A link to join the meetings virtually will be available in the "Meetings, Workshops, and Events" table below prior to the meetings.
